From the moment you step inside, you will notice all around you the ancient remains from Halikarnassos, and you will soak up the magical atmosphere of this ancient city. When you continue up to the pool terrace, on the upper floor, another surprise awaits you; with the abundance of large trees, you will wonder whether you are sitting in a garden or on a roof terrace. You will feel like you are in an oasis in the middle of town. From the top terrace, the bird's-eye view of Bodrum demonstrates the beautiful harmony of the castle, the sun and the sea.

She has grabbed this chance for a new venture in Bodrum with great zeal and energy. Drawing from her own travel experiences, the thing she hates most is limited breakfast times. Here she has lifted this rule; whatever time you wake up, breakfast is available. And what a breakfast: homemade jams, farm-produced cheeses, olives picked from the garden, olive oil from the same olives, and a large open buffet. All ingredients, in particular fruit and vegetables, are purchased from local markets, not from supermarkets.
